Our beloved husband, dad, papa, brother, uncle/tio, and friend Kenton Stafford, born March 16, 1949, suffered a major heart attack June 4th 2011, while doing what he loved, working in the beautiful Sespe Mountains.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Linda Stafford, his children Leona (Mike), Andrea (John), Reggie (Maylis), 14 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, siblings: Norm (Christy), Darlene (Brad), and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Don and Pearl Stafford, his twin sister Donna and his great grandchild Jennie Rose Palmateer.
He had many loves in his life besides Linda, like football (Go COWBOYS!), camping, golf, fishing, hanging out in the garage with friends, BBQ’ing (which he was very good at), and operating his backhoe.
Kenton was loved by everyone he came in contact with. He was a very giving man and would do anything for ANYONE. He never met a stranger. Many of his “Friends” were not only friends but quickly became a part of his “Family”.
Thank you Kenton, for being a part of our family and lives. You will be greatly missed and NEVER forgotten.
