Arrest of Indecent Exposure Suspect

 Ventura County Sheriff's Department Brian Carpenter of Tarzana, California was arrested September 3rd, 2010 for exposing himself and masturbating several times in the lobby of a medical office building located on Willow Lane in Thousand Oaks, Ca. The investigation revealed that Carpenter had exposed himself in public several hundred times over the past year. The crimes primarily took place in the office building on Willow Lane as well as other office buildings on Lakeview Canyon Road, which is in Westlake Village, Ca (Los Angeles County). Carpenter works in the area of Lindero Canyon Road near the 101 fwy. Carpenter was believed to have been wearing a hat and carrying a cell phone when many of the crimes occurred.
