Bank Robbery in Thousand Oaks

Ventura County Sheriff's Department On October 8, 2011, a single suspect robbed the Chase bank, located at 148 W. Hillcrest Drive in Thousand Oaks. The suspect used a demand note and received an undisclosed amount of cash. No weapon was seen during the robbery and nobody was injured. The suspect is described as a white male in his 40’s, approximately 5’7” to 5’9” tall, weighing approximately 180 to 200 pounds. The suspect had very short hair with a receding hairline and wore prescription glasses. This investigation is being handled by the Thousand Oaks Police Department, in conjunction with the FBI.
