Child Annoying in Simi Valley

 Ventura County Sheriff's Department On Thursday afternoon, while playing at Santa Susana Park, two children were approached by a subject near the tunnel. The children entered the tunnel and were followed by the subject . The subject then committed a lewd act involving one of the children. Neither child was harmed. A composite drawing was constructed and the Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual. As the summer approaches, these circumstances warrant being cognizant of strangers in open areas, and keeping close watch on your small children at all times. Ventura County Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 reward for information which leads to the arrest and criminal complaint against the person(s) responsible for this crime.
