On November 26, 2011, the Camarillo Police Department was dispatched to a call of a commercial burglary in progress at Johnny Rockets Restaurant, located at 640 East Ventura Boulevard, Suite #1201, in Camarillo. A security guard at the Camarillo Outlet Center observed a male subject fleeing from Johnny Rockets Restaurant. The security guard assisted responding Deputies in identifying and apprehending the suspect, later identified as Luis Zuniga.

Upon further investigation, it was determined Luis entered the business and tampered with the cash registers, in an apparent attempt to obtain cash from the business. Luis was charged with Commercial Burglary, a felony, and was later booked at the Pre-Trial Detention Facility for the offense.
