VENTURA, CA - District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that the review by the District Attorney’s Office of the circumstances surrounding the November 13, 2010, shooting of Jaime Daniel Delgado by Simi Valley Police Officer Jason Wilkinson has been completed.
