Gang Graffiti, Vandalism Arrest

Ventura County Sheriff's Department On 05-01-2011, Deputies responded to a vandalism in progress and contacted two suspects at Villa Campesina Park in the city of Moorpark. The suspects were determined to have just vandalized property throughout the park and were cited and released. Upon further investigation, it was determined the vandalism was gang related, the suspects were members of a local street gang and there was probable cause to arrest them for participating in a criminal street gang. On 05-13-2011, the suspects were arrested and booked into Juvenile Hall for 186.22 PC.
