Erik was selected for this award because of his exceptional work product and the fact he continually takes great pride in serving the residents of Moorpark. He has been with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department for 8 years, has worked in the Detention Services and Patrol Services Divisions, and is currently assigned to patrol in the City of Moorpark. In addition:

Erik holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Administration from California Lutheran University. Erik doesn’t like sitting still. He always seems to have something going on, which is a testament to his solid work ethic and passion for the members of the community he serves and the Law Enforcement profession in general.
