Narcotics Detectives recently concluded a 2-month investigation into cocaine sales occurring in the City of Oxnard. Silviano Collado was observed conducting narcotics transactions from his residence in the 500 Block of Hayes Avenue. Also identified as part of this cocaine distribution ring was Angel Mondragon and Feliciana Cardenas, who reside in the 400 Block of Hemlock Street. On November 12, detectives observed Collado conducting a narcotics sale and detained him. He was found to be in possession of 6 ounces of cocaine and several grams of methamphetamine. Subsequent Search Warrants revealed another 2 ounces of cocaine at the Hemlock St address where it was discovered Mondragon and Cardenas were manufacturing rock cocaine. The narcotics located at the Hemlock Street address were stored in a location accessible to their young children. Both were arrested for child endangering in conjunction with the narcotics charges. All suspects were booked into the Main Jail.
