Narcotics detectives recently concluded a 1-month investigation into methamphetamine sales occurring in the City of Ojai with the arrests of Larry Sledge and Jodie Duran. Investigators received information that Sledge was selling methamphetamine from his residence in the 500 Block of East Oak St. Armed with a search warrant, detectives went to the Sledge residence and located approximately one-fourth ounce of methamphetamine, 2 ounces of marijuana, and 50 Valium pills. Sledge and Duran were arrested for possession of methamphetamine and marijuana for sale, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Both were booked into the Sheriff’s Main Jail.
