Narrative:
In July 2013, Sheriff’s Narcotics Investigators received information that Sae Jin Han was selling cocaine in the city of Ventura. During the investigation, detectives observed Han conducting narcotics sales from the “I Love Sushi” restaurant, 5722 Telephone Rd, Ventura, where Han is a chef.

On August 16, Sheriff’s Investigators served a narcotics search warrant on Han and the restaurant. When contacted, Han was found to be in possession of cocaine packaged for sale. The subsequent search of his residence and vehicle revealed additional cocaine and psilocybin mushrooms. A total of 24 grams of cocaine and 11 grams of psilocybin mushrooms were seized.

The search of the restaurant did not reveal any contraband or additional evidence.
Han was arrested for possession of cocaine for sale and possession of psilocybin mushrooms. He was booked into the Sheriff’s Main Jail.
