Possession of Stolen Property Arrest in Sherman Oaks

Ventura County Sheriff's Department On May 23, 2011, “Get Feet Wet Navigation Inc.” was the victim of a burglary. Several G.P.S. Navigation systems were stolen. Detectives from the Moorpark Police Department traced some of the stolen property back to a residence in Sherman Oaks and obtained a search warrant for the residence. On June 2, 2011, Detectives from the Moorpark Police Department and the Thousand Oaks Police Department served the search warrant on the residence located in the 4800 block of Stern Avenue in Sherman Oaks. Several of the stolen G.P.S. devices were recovered from the home, with their value exceeding $8,000.00. Viktor Nagy was arrested at the scene for possession of stolen property and subsequently booked into the East County Jail. His bail was set at $10,000.00.
