Service Technician Arrested for Sexual Battery of 76 year old woman

Police seek information from public concerning possibility of other victims
 Suspect Tony Betancourt On 11/2/2011, the Thousand Oaks Police Department received a call from a victim reporting that a Verizon Service Technician sexually battered her after he completed work at her residence. Detectives followed-up on the report and conducted several interviews with both the victim and suspect. At the conclusion of the investigation, Tony Betancourt was arrested for the allegation and booked into custody at the Pre-Trial Detention Facility in Ventura. The Thousand Oaks Police Department is seeking information from the public concerning the possibility of other victims of similar crimes.
