VENTURA, CA - District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that on April 11, 2012, Ventura County Superior Court Judge James Cloninger sentenced Filemon Suarez (DOB 7/4/85) to 47 years to life in prison following his conviction for two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child under 14 years and one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14 years. The defendant’s conduct involved the repeated sexual molestation of a child over a period of four years.
