In late June to early July of 2011, several residents of the Santa Rosa Valley area reported a male subject exposing himself and masturbating on the dirt trails along the hillsides of the Santa Rosa Valley. Victims provided an articulate description of the suspect. Patrol deputies conducted follow-up investigation and were able to identify a suspect. Moorpark station detectives continued the investigation and established probable cause to arrest the suspect, Terrence Clark. Clark was located and arrested for section 314.1 of the Penal Code– indecent exposure.
