Rogelio Gutierrez, Gilroy, Ca, 33

The suspect who was shot by deputies after he rammed his vehicle into a sheriff’s patrol unit and tried to run over a deputy last Saturday night was booked late Wednesday at the Pre-Trial Detention Facility in Ventura.

Rogelio Gutierrez was released from Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center in Thousand Oaks and immediately taken to the jail, where he was booked for attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, evading an officer, and reckless driving.

Gutierrez bail was set at $1,000,000.00. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 21, 2013 at 1:30 pm in Ventura.
