Acceptance of Construction Period Work; Water Recycling Plant (WRP): Design Build Operate Contractor: American Water Operations and Maintenance, Inc.
Recommendation: 1) Accept the Construction Period Work, as defined in the Service Contract, as completed; 2) Instruct the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the Construction Period Work on the project; and
