Recommendation: FY 2010/2011 budget presentation to Council on Tuesday, July 13, 2010; direction on which day(s) the Council would like to reserve if additional days are needed: Wednesday July 14, 2010 or Monday July 19, 2010. The budget would be adopted on Tuesday, July 20, 2010.

Approval of Fillmore & Western Railway Company’s Request for Financial Support to Offset Security Costs for the Fourth of July Car Show Event.
Options: 1) Authorize the City to absorb up to $3,000 in additional Police security costs for the Fourth of July Sespe Car Show event; or 2) Authorize the City to absorb some amount in additional Police security
