A. Direction and Approval from City Council to Record a Lien on 308 McCampbell Street for Code Enforcement Violations.
Recommendation: 1.) Adopt City Council Resolution No. 11-3281: Directing staff to record a lien on property located at 308 McCampbell Street and Judgment Lien in the amount of $101,100 plus 10 percent interest from the time of the date of the Administrative Hearing Order, in accordance with the Fillmore Municipal Code (FMC) Administrative Remedies section 1.09.175 or $111,210.

B. Conduct Second Reading of and Adopt Ordinance No. 11-826: Adopting the 2010 California Building Code Update for Construction and Fire Code Updates.
Recommendation: 1.) Conduct second reading of and adopt Ordinance No. 11-826, Adopting the 2010 California Building Code Update for Construction and Fire Code Updates.

C. Introduction and First Reading of Un-Numbered Ordinance for Zoning Ordinance Amendment 11-01 (ZOA 11-01) Amending the City of Fillmore Zoning Ordinance Section 6.04.5805..2 “TEMPORARY USE PERMITS, PERMITTED USES” to Allow Christmas Tree Sales Activity to begin the day after Thanksgiving.
Recommendation: 1.) Introduce an un-numbered Ordinance to adopt Zoning Ordinance Amendment (ZOA 11-01) amending Temporary Use Permits, Section 6.04.5805.2, Permitted Uses.

Recommendation: Direct staff to close the Towne Theater and to form a subcommittee (or use the Finance Committee) to begin discussions with the Sheriff about the base contract or any other action it deems necessary.
