7A. Addendum to Program/Project Level EIR for Perry Ranch; Modification Memo
#2 to Development Permit 07-01; Proposal: Amend the Program/Project Level
EIR for Perry Ranch; Expand the building square footage by 16,000 sq. ft. for the
Development Permit, Location: Perry Ranch, SW Corner of “E” Street and SR 126.
Zoning: Business Park 2 (BP2)., Applicant: Fillmore/Riverview LLC., 660 Newport
Center Dr., Suite 930, Newport Beach, CA 92660, Purpose: Review and consider
the applicant’s proposal, open the public hearing and receive public testimony.
Recommendation: Adopt the following City Council Resolution: 09-3186, City
Council approval for an Addendum to the Program/Project Level EIR for Perry
Ranch; 09-3187, City Council approval of Modification #2 to DP 07-01 subject
to Conditions of Approval.
