Adopt the First Amended Draft Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) dated April 10, 2012, in Accordance With Health and Safety Code Section 34177, and Authorize the Executive Director, or Her Designee to Take All Necessary Actions to Submit the ROPS to the Appropriate Parties and Take Any Other Necessary Actions With Respect Thereto on Behalf of the Successor Agency.
