NOTICE AND CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE OVERSIGHT BOARD TO THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY OF THE FILLMORE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

AGENCY OF THE FILLMORE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AND THOSE REQUESTING NOTICE OF SUCH MATTERS:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to California Government Code Section
54956, the Board Secretary has called a Special Meeting of the Oversight Board to be
held on Thursday, MAY 10, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at City

1 Hall, 250 Central Avenue, Fillmore, California. Said Special Meeting is for the purpose
1 and to consider only business on the attached agenda.
This notice and agenda shall be personally delivered or by any other means to all
Oversight Board Members, and also to all newspapers or other media requesting such
notice, so that all such parties shall receive this notice at least 24 hours prior to the
meeting time. A copy of this notice shall be posted by the Secretary in a location freely
accessible to the public at least 24 hours prior to the time of this meeting.
I, Laura S. Seo, Fillmore Deputy Secretary, declare that the above Call and
Notice of a Special Meeting of the Oversight Board was delivered to or mailed to all
Board Members, and e-mailed to the media entities requesting such notice, on MAY 4,
2012, and also that said notice was posted in the Central Park Kiosk on MAY 4, 2012,
at 5:00 p.m.

Recommendation: I ) Adopt Resolution No. OB 12-8, A Resolution of the
Oversight Board to the Successor Agency of the Fillmore Redevelopment
Agency Approving a Reimbursement and Operating Agreement Between
the City of Fillmore and the City of Fillmore as Successor Agency to the
Fillmore Redevelopment Agency.

Authorizing the Executive Director, or her Designee, to Take All
Necessary Actions with Respect Thereto on Behalf of the Successor
Agency;

Consideration and Adoption of Resolution OB 12-07 A Resolutio of the
Oversight Board of the City of Fillmore, As Successor Agency to the
Fillmore Redevelopment Agency Approving the Recognized Obligation
Payment Schedule (ROPS) July-December 2012, Dated May 8,2012, and
Authorizing the Executive Director, or her Designee, to take all Necessary
Oversight Board Meeting Agenda - May 10, 2012
Actions to Submit the ROPS to the Appropriate Parties and Take any
other Necessary Actions with Respect Thereto on Behalf of the Successor
Agency.
Recommendation: I) Adopt Resolution No. OB 12-06 A Resolution of the
oversight Board of the Cit of Fillmore Approving the Successor Agency
Administrative Cost Budget for Dated May 8, 2012, in Accordance with
H&S 34171,, and Authorizing the Executive Director, or her Designee, to
Take All Necessary Actions with Respect Thereto on Behalf of the
Successor Agency;
and;
2) Adopt Resolution No. OB 12-07 A Resolution of the Oversight Board of
the City of Fillmore, as Successor Agency to the Fillmore Redevelopment
Agency Approving the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS)
July-December 2012, Dated May 8, 2012, and Authorizing the Executive
Director, or her Designee, to take all Necessary Actions to Submit the
ROPS to the Appropriate Parties and take any other Necessary Actions
