NOTICE AND CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE FILLMORE ClTY COUNCIL

TO: ALL MEMBERS OF THE ClTY COUNCIL OF THE ClTY OF FILLMORE
AND THOSE REQUESTING NOTICE OF SUCH MATTERS:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, pursuant to California Government Code Section
54956, the City Council has called a Special Meeting of the Fillmore City Council to be
held on Tuesday, JUNE 19, 2012, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at City
Hall, 250 Central Avenue, Fillmore, California. Said Special Meeting is for the purpose
of, and to consider the business on the attached agenda.

This notice shall be personally delivered or by any other means to all City Council
members, and also to all newspapers or other media requesting such notice, so that all
such parties shall receive this notice at least 24 hours prior to the meeting time. A copy
of this notice shall be posted by the City Clerk in a location freely accessible to the
public at least 24 hours prior to the time of this meeting.
