Roy Lee Culver, II, 66, of Ventura, passed away suddenly on Sep. 28, 2023. Roy is survived by his children; son, Roy, wife, Kristi, and granddaughters, Kylee and Kenzie; son, Marshall, wife, Rachel, and grandsons, Wiley, Liam, Micah, and Hayden; and daughter, Randi. His sisters, Audrey Allred, husband Jim Allred and family, and Freda Storey, husband Alan Storey and family. Also, Victoria and many other family and friends. Roy was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Carmen Culver, and grandson, Nathaniel.
Roy was in FFA and an all CIF-1A division champion pitcher in 1975 for Fillmore High School, and got to throw the first pitch at a Dodgers game. He was an accomplished salesman specializing in windows and doors. He was the top salesman both monthly and annually during his career at Pozzi Windows. He worked for numerous other door and window companies throughout his career. He loved to help people build their dream home.
Roy loved the outdoors; surfing, riding his motorcycle, climbing, biking, hiking, fishing, being on the lake, and off-roading in his Land Rover. He took pride in everything he did. He loved to tell jokes, especially dad jokes. He loved to be with his family and friends. Being a dad and grandpa was his greatest accomplishment. Roy enjoyed having his children and grandchildren out to his ranch where his grandchildren would run around and he would BBQ. Roy loved to celebrate others and their accomplishments. He always made sure to attend all events. He loved to think of new inventions. He was always so optimistic and the biggest dreamer.

His service will be Saturday, Oct. 21, at 1:00 PM at Reality Church in Ventura
