Sadie Jaramillo (November 1948 — October 2024)

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we say goodbye to Sadie V. Jaramillo aka “Gramma Sadie”.
Sadie died peacefully in her sleep on October 6th, 2024.

Born November 22, 1948, as the first child to Edward & Josephine Villa, followed by siblings Edward Villa, and Frank Villa. She grew up in Piru, Ca where it was said she could be found with her nose in a book or having good old-fashioned fun with her cousins. She moved to Fillmore, CA. She is well remembered by many for her participation at St. Francis church youth ministry.

For the past 30 years she has resided in Santa Maria CA. with Jazmine and Christopher. She continued to tell anyone who would listen about Jesus, Mary, and our Catholic faith.

She had just recently moved back to Fillmore in June this year. Sadie had a love for hard shell tacos, crocheting, good music and red lipstick! Mother to 6, Jess (Yvonne) Jaramillo, Delia (Pete) Tovar, Ruben Jaramillo, Robert (Alison) Jaramillo, Jazmine Frutos, Christopher Frutos (deceased). Gramma to 17, Great Gramma to 7. Sadie had a deep love for her family and an even deeper love for Jesus. So while our hearts are grieving we know she is finally home with the one her heart longed for. Sadie will be missed by her family, friends and her army of prayer warriors.
