have to live with a chronic disease, but can still live well !

A MATTER OF BALANCE NEW CLASS: Managing concerns about falls.
Emphasizes practical strategies to manage falls. Classes are held weekly, one day

The Senior Nutrition Program is looking for drivers to deliver meals to our

Lunch served Monday thru Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. $3.00 donation for 60
years of age and older.
Volunteers Needed: To teach exercise classes at the Active Adult Center 533 Santa

home ready-to-eat hot meals on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
