Scrapbooking is now taking place of paper craft and with be on Mondays instead of Fridays @ 10 am

Bingo is on Tuesday mornings. They begin at 9:00 and play till 11:30 and take a short break for lunch and resume play until 1:00.

Alzheimers – Will be at the Senior Center on October 13th and October 27th from 9:00-1:00.

Our top Wii bowling winner’s will be attending the 2nd annual Ventura County Senior Wii Bowling Tournament on October 14th at the Pleasant Valley Recreation and Parks Auditorium. Good luck to our participants.

Treasure Box Program
The order deadline is October 8th at the Senior Center. (524-4533). Online orders are due October 10th. (www.thetreasurebox.org). The Treasure Box is offering a Holiday Box. That will be $35.00 and delivered on November 20th. Limited Supply! Pre-Order your holiday box now!.The Holiday box will contain: 14-16 lb. (avg. wt) Butterball Turkey, 2.5 lb. Macaroni & Cheese Entrée, 1 lb. Frozen Peas, 1 lb. Frozen Carrots, 14 oz. Frozen Corn, 1.25 lb. Frozen Sweet Potatoes, 1 each Stuffing Mix and 1 each Pie.

Braille Institute
Braille institute will have a vision impaired class at the Senior Center. On October 13th and October 27th from 10:00- 11:30 a.m. These classes are open to those experiencing difficulty in daily living due to sight loss. Friends and family are welcome to join.
