Our Next Alzheimer’s & Dementia Caregiver Support Group will meet on September 10th. in the Senior Center Library from 9:00 – 10:30 A.M. This is a great opportunity for those caring for their love ones to step back, take a moment to breath, to share & learn from others going though the same frustrations of repeating information and worrying what’s going to happen to their loved ones. Norma Featherston from the Alzheimer’s Association along with Ted Stekkinger volunteer their time to facilitate the group.

Our Sketching Class is being taught by Virginia Neuman, every Monday morning at 10 A.M. This is a great opportunity to learn from one of our own Fillmore Artist. I have to say everyone loves Virginia. As “Tony the Tiger” would say…She’s Grrrrate! If you’ve always wanted to draw, but were too busy or too chicken, well what can I say but… Your really missing out. It’s to “HOT” to stay at home, come down to the Senior Center, we have all the supplies you need to get started, and were AIR CONDITI ONED.
