Victor Guy Piche

Victor Guy Piche

It is with deep sadness and unimaginable heartache that we announce the sudden passing of Victor Piche on November 29, 2024, at the age of 69, with his loved ones by his side.

Victor was a devoted Husband, Father, Grandpa, Brother, Uncle, and friend. He was loved by all who knew him. Victor will be remembered by his jolly smile, humor, generosity, and unconditional love to anyone who crossed his path.
Victor was born and raised in Manitoba, Canada where he met his wife, Pamela. They moved to California where they married and started their beautiful family. They settled into Piru where they raised their three daughters Janyne, Jocelyn, and Jacquelyne. A proud Father, Victor, showered his daughters with unconditional love and support. Victor was promoted to Grandpa and this by far was his greatest accomplishment. Felipe and Emily were his world as he took great pride in being their “Grandpa.”

Victor retired from being a Heavy Equipment Operator of over 30 years. He enjoyed fishing at Lake Piru and camping at the beach with his grandchildren. He always looked forward to his Friday night scratchers in the “Basement.” And if he could sneak away just for an hour or two, he would go to the casinos.
Victor’s kind heart and contagious laughter will be missed by many. He was full of love for his family, and friends who became family, and would do anything for them. Victor was no stranger to the town of Piru.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Pamela, daughters Janyne (Scott), Jocelyn (Anthony), and Jacquelyne (Felipe), grandchildren Felipe and Emily, sisters Marilyn (Rene), Leona, Henrietta (Art), June (Jack), and brother Ronald along with nieces, nephews, and cousins. Victor is preceded in death by his parents Grace and Joseph, sisters Olive and Yvette and brothers Norbert, Gill, and Robert.
A Rosary will begin at 9:00am on Friday, January 3, 2025 with a Funeral Mass to begin at 9:30am at San Salvador Mission Parish, 4045 E. Center Street, Piru, California 93040. A reception to follow immediately in the church reception area.
