Virginia Lee Redding, 65, of Piru, died Saturday, January 24, 2009, in Abilene, Texas. She was born September 9, 1943, in Santa P aula, California, to Hubert Howell Redding and Ollie Lee Beall. She is survived by her son, Robert Vance McCloud, and grandson, Colton Alan McCloud, both of Piru, and her siblings, Ross Redding (wife Sharon) of Chico, Texas, Stanley Redding of Abilene, Linda Rogers (husband Danny) of Abilene, Nancy Sharpe of Abilene, Diana Reed (husband Richard) of Abilene, and Fred Redding (wife Sachie) of Torrance, California, along with 19 nieces and nephews and many grand nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service was held Tuesday, January 27, at 2 P.M., at Elmcrest Baptist Church, Abilene, Texas. Burial planned for Bardsdale Cemetery, Fillmore, California. She may be gone, but will always remain in our hearts.
